This modern Mountain Village chateau is the epitome of luxurious, minimalist, Colorado luxury. Located at the end of a quiet, peaceful cul-de-sac, the only sound you'll hear is the crisp mountain air whispering through the pine trees. With four bedrooms and a host of upscale amenities- including air conditioning for the warm months and heated floors for the cold ones- this is a home that offers complete comfort. It's also located close to the stunning ski runs, the Village Core, and the Gondola.

The front facade is a gorgeous balance of a rustic Rocky Mountain cabin and a classic, contemporary chalet. In the main living area, crisp white walls and modern metal beams create an open, clean layout that allows the views of the mountain ridge to take center stage. Neutral sofas face the asymmetrical fireplace and large, mounted HDTV. Through the large windows, the bright blue sky frames the stunning San Sophia mountains in the distance. Heated, wide plank floors add warmth and a cozy feeling to the large room.

A long dining table with enough room for ten to sit comfortably and dine leads into the kitchen. The kitchen is anchored by a large, quartz-topped island with a waterfall edge and seating for four. Chic gray cabinets surround the high-end gas range- topped with a custom vent hood- and massive, stainless steel refrigerator. Doors lead out directly from the kitchen to the sunny patio space with an alfresco dining area, gas grill, and mountain views.

Each of the four-bedroom suites provides a private, serene space for everyone in your crew to recharge at the end of the day. The first suite features a king-size bed that faces a cozy, crackling fireplace and mounted HDTV. There's also tons of built-in storage and an armchair by the windows facing the views. In the ensuite bath, there's a freestanding marble tub, a step-in shower, and a double vanity. Two more bedroom suites each offer a sumptuous king-size bed, and a full ensuite bath. The final guest suite has two bunk beds with a queen on the bottom and a twin on the top. Mountain views can be seen from every bedroom window.

A bonus den space is an ultra-comfortable media room with an oversized sectional sofa. You'll want to pop some popcorn and sink down into the plush cushions for a thrilling movie night or to simply catch up on your favourite TV show. It's also a great space to catch a quick cat nap in the afternoons. Next door, the convenient mudroom has tons of seating and ski storage, as well as a powder room.

Outside, this home is surrounded by luxe outdoor spaces that were designed to showcase the stunning Mountain Village location. On the lower level, there's a hot tub for unwinding after a long day on the slopes of hiking trails. Lots of upper and lower-level seating areas offer plenty of spaces to find some calm, sip a glass of wine, and watch a pastel sunset light up the sky above you.

This gorgeous chalet is removed from the hustle and bustle just enough to allow full enjoyment of the Rocky Mountain majesty. However, you'll still be close to the ski trails, some epic hiking paths, and the shopping and dining in the Mountain Village core. When you want to explore further, simply hop on the gondola and let it whisk you down to historic downtown Telluride.
