Nestled in the pines of Mountain Village overlooking Elk Pond and the stunning St Sophia Ridge beyond, four bedroom Mountain Melody sings the perfect tune from peak to peak. Families and friend groups will love the spacious shared living spaces, the quiet and private bedroom suites, and the studio apartment for added seclusion.

A welcoming foyer in the main house draws guests right into the open dining and living area. Its vaulted ceiling with floor-to-ceiling windows bring the spectacular mountain scenery inside. Music fans will spot the acoustic and electric guitars on the wall, accompanied by custom guitar amps, mics and percussion, allowing for impromptu mountain jam sessions. For those without their own musical talents to rely on, the home is fully equipped with a SONOS system, as well as a collection of classic rock and newer titles of vinyl. The living room boasts cozy couches and chairs that seat 8 around a large coffee table where guests can enjoy the rock wall fireplace or the massive TV. Nearby, a beautiful live-edge dining table with seating for ten is ready to host delicious meals to the sweet tune of happiness, laughter, and memories being made. In the kitchen, the breakfast bar provides additional seating for three. The chefs of the group will love the KitchenAid appliances, including two ovens, a gas range, and a large refrigerator, plus the coffee maker and juicer for easy and delicious morning beverages. Mountain Melody also features a wet bar as well as an oxygen bar between two luxe armchairs for an extra special touch.

Upstairs, the king primary suite claims the third floor, offering a luxurious sanctuary with skylights for sleeping under the stars, a private deck perfect for a sunrise coffee, and a roomy bathroom with dual vanity sinks, a glass steam shower, and large tub.

On the lower level, two twin-over-queen bunks in one guest room make for a great getaway for the kids. This room has an en-suite bath with a stone tile sink and combination tub and shower. A separate queen bedroom offers another private escape. Its en-suite bathroom has a combination tub and shower, double vanities, and a Keurig coffee maker to sneak a hot cup of coffee without having to go upstairs. Guests will also find a family room on this floor with plenty of seating around another large TV, as well as a queen sleeper sofa, desk and Mac available for guests to use. Sliding doors here lead out to a partially shaded patio with seating to kick back to the sounds of the forest or the bubbling hot tub nearby.

Up above, the deck spanning the back of the house on the main level offers a four-burner Weber grill for the pleasure of the group's resident grill master. A dining table for six and conversation seating for three are likely to become a guest favorite for easy relaxation under an unforgettable Rocky Mountain backdrop. Guests who want a little extra privacy can claim the separate studio apartment above the garage. Here, a twin daybed expands with a twin trundle for a cozy sleeping spot that tucks away during the day. Two comfy chairs and a small coffee table sit in front of a large TV. The bathroom boasts a large glass shower. A small kitchen and a four seat dining table make private meals a breeze, but the best spot in the apartment is its own private deck with western views for spectacular sunsets.

Just steps out the backyard is Elk Pond, the garage is stocked with fishing poles and SUP boards, as well as two sets of golf clubs, four tennis rackets and two cruiser bikes.
