Due to its location in a protected natural area and World Heritage Site, Casa Mam uses the latest advancements in technology to minimize energy and water consumption. The modern appliances are wind and solar-powered, while rainwater is harvested to meet most of the guest’s needs. Please note, due to Sian Ka’an being a protected reserve, it is not permitted to bring external ATVs, water sports equipment such as kiteboards, or audio equipment. It is also forbidden to fish, in order to protect the endangered sea life. Additionally, pets are not allowed.
