Directly on the shores of the Caribbean Sea, Esprit del Mar is a stunning villa soaring atop an ancient fossilized coral dune. With gentle breezes whispering among the coconut trees, and expansive sea views, this sumptuously elegant 12,000 sq. ft. villa, offers large living areas and nine oversized bedroom-suites for family enjoyment or corporate retreats. The walled estate has a regal entrance that opens to a world of private, secluded and safe luxury. Spacious living areas boast high ceilings and huge windows opening directly to the seafront, creating an atmosphere of boundless serenity. Esprit del Mar's splendor includes architectural details rarely featured in a beach-front villa. Walkthrough the main entrance under the oversized chandelier hanging from the overhead domed ceiling, walk through the hardwood-clad main hallway and gaze at the Caribbean Sea. Discover the Mexican yellow-onyx light fixtures, enjoy the splendor of the onyx bar wrapped in black granite anchoring the dining room with its candle-lit niched curved wall. Relish the amazing chef-kitchen where chef-prepared meals or family cooking happens. Watch the sunrise over the Caribbean while you're still in bed, debating whether to stay nestled in the comfy sheets a while longer. After a lovely breakfast on the outdoor dining terrace overlooking the Caribbean Sea, you can begin a day relaxing around the villa or exploring the many natural wonders of the Riviera Maya.

Esprit del Mar's infinity-edged pool is crowned with an oversized whirlpool for eight where the hard work of mid-winter beach-front sunbathing can be cooled down. The terraced garden has an elevated beach-sand area with loungers for tanning, reading, or just gazing at the sea. This rock-bound beach-sand area has a firepit for night celebrations or telling family stories around the bonfire. Walk down the path to the small rocky bay and enter the sandy-bottomed sea for an uplifting swim in the soothing Caribbean Sea.

The 3,000 sq. ft. rooftop has two palapa-covered open-air rooms. Take a mid-day rooftop complimentary massage, read a book in the shaded outdoor living room, or come up to this magical spot to experience a spectacular sunset over the jungle in the west with your complimentary margarita. If going out to one of the area's wonderful restaurants is not in your plans, the villa chef will prepare and serve a sumptuous meal in the breath-taking dining room.

Esprit del Mar has nine sumptuous air-conditioned suits offering 250-300 sq. ft. each. Eight of the nine-bedrooms feature plush king-size beds wrapped in the finest bedding. The oversized Primary Bedroom is a 1,000 sq. ft. suite with a private balcony. All other bedrooms on the main house have stunning views of the sea. Within the lush green jungle of the region Esprit del Mar features five garden suits with unparalleled peace and quiet, each of them with private balcony seating areas, hanging hammocks and chukun bathrooms (beautiful local Mayan material). One of the bedrooms on the main house is for adventurers (or children), complete with two sets of bunk beds, beautiful ocean views and an outdoor sleeping bed on the balcony overlooking the jungle. All bedrooms have their own bathrooms either with showers or hand-made bathtubs. All bedrooms offer air conditioning.

Walk 200 yards stroll to the south of the villa takes you to Oasis Beach. There you can join others strolling and relaxing along miles of powder white sand usually are many people there, walking and lounging, so you will mostly take a long wonderful walk and return to your very private and secluded villa. Beaches in Mexico are all public by law, so you can walk on any beach with comfort.
