One of the few villas on the island that is set right on a rocky beach, just across from the shoreline of a small cove, perfect for beach combing and snorkeling. There is also a great sandy area between the pool and the beach that you can relax on!
Sunset Beach also offers a full range of creature comforts. Float in the large lap pool or unwind with a long soak in the warm spa. Prepare a meal in the expansive kitchen, and enjoy it on the breezy balcony. No matter what you fill your day with, you can look forward to a great night’s sleep in one of the villa’s four bedroom suites, listening to waves gently breaking on the shore.

• Arrivals later than 9:00 pm on St. John has a charge of $65 for your arrival. If your reservation is discounted or for less than five days there is an arrival charge of $65. If an arrival takes place on a major holiday (Thanksgiving, Christmas, etc.) the arrival fee is $100.
