Sandy Estate is both Sandy Shore and Sandy Bottom which can be rented together and serviced as an 8-bedroom beachfront estate.

Located on the south shore of Providenciales, this charming, contemporary property overlooks the turquoise bay of Caicos. Designed by local architect Ron Shaw, this Frank Lloyd Wright-inspired villa is powered entirely by solar panels: welcome to the first villa in ‘Provo’ to adopt renewable energy!

Villa Sandy Bottom, a four-bedroom suite, offers unparalleled ocean views. It includes a living room, a dining room and an open-plan kitchen. Everything is assembled with a chic interior design, going hand in hand with the luxury of the Caribbean.

This beachfront villa offers you three floors to explore. At the pool level, three suites including a king bed, kitchen, living room and dining room overlook the pool where you can enjoy the pool bar and outdoor kitchen. Down to the beach, guests will find a beach lounge and a furnished oceanfront fireplace.

The master bedroom is on the second floor. The latter offers a breathtaking view of the Bay of Caicos, but also a panoramic view of the Flamingo Lake to the north (and yes, you can find beautiful flamingos!).

On the third floor, the shared living room with unparalleled comfort will allow you to enjoy the views of Turtle Trail, Flamingo Lake to the north and Caicos Bay to the south. A paradise in ‘Provo’.

Sandy Shore is a 4 bedroom all-suite beachfront villa located on the Southside of Providenciales in the Turtle Tail region.

The villa boasts an open-concept kitchen and living room area, perfect for entertaining while also allowing guests to truly appreciate the best of the Turks and Caicos, with incredible ocean views of the island’s Caicos Banks.

The villa has one master suite with a king bed and ocean views, while bedrooms 2, 3, and 4 enjoy tropical garden views and private walk-out decks.

Sandy Shore’ exterior pool deck offers guests ample lounge space and furnishings, and a shallow lounge pool, perfect for guests of all ages.

From the pool deck, follow the villa’s own local stone rock pathway directly to the beach lounge.

While no beaches in the Turks and Caicos are private, Sandy Shore’ is about as private as it gets with only a few other homes sharing the same beach and next to no foot traffic. The ocean entry is sandy and shallow. The bay where the villa is located protects the villa and waterfront year-round from big waves and heavy winds. Within the bay, depths do not exceed 5′, so the Cays (islands) seen from the beach, can be walked out to with ease.

Guests of Sandy Shore enjoy an on-call management team ready to assist with any concierge requests, such as booking excursions or your own private massage or yoga session at the villa.

Amenities include beach kayaks, high-speed wifi throughout, a large 5-burner gas grill, laundry facilities, and a fully air-conditioned interior. The villa also comes with a daily housekeeping service and on on-call management team.
