OVERVIEW

Please note there is a boat moored at Acajou Villa that will come and go during guests' stay. It is possible to have renters of boat access on site. The guest house may also be rented separately if not booked with the main villa.

Welcome to Villa Acajou, a limited-availability luxury villa constructed in 2015 and nestled along the canals of Leeward Going Through on Providenciales. Acajou is French for “Mahogany," and you will find this exotic wood throughout the house in custom-built cabinets, counters, floors, doors, and windows. Villa Acajou has been professionally decorated and appointed by one of the island’s top decorators.

The main house has four bedrooms (3 Kings, 1 Queen) and 3.5 baths. There is also a full bath with an outdoor shower in the backyard beside a covered gazebo. The solar-heated pool sits between the gazebo and an outdoor bar and grill, all of which border the 50-foot dock along the canal. If additional space is needed, a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom guest house with a full kitchen and sitting area is available. Every bedroom and sitting area (including the outdoor gazebo) has a television connected to a state-of-the-art media system which includes cable television, Apple TV, and a movie server containing more than 800 movies. Watch your favourite movie in the pool after dinner! Other amenities include a cross trainer on the second floor of the main house, 2 standup paddle boards, and a kayak. Feel free to paddle or kayak the canals or adventure out into the shallow ocean waters less than a 5-minute paddle away. Leeward is ideally situated at the east end of Provo and is less than 5 minutes from a local beach, as well as famous Grace Bay Beach (rated #1 best beach in the world on Trip Advisor) and Long Bay Beach (rated #10 best beach in the world on Trip Advisor). Acajou is also less than a 5-minute walk to Big Blue Adventures (for fun recreational activities) or the Blue Haven Resort where there are additional outdoor activities (Caribbean Cruisin and Catch the Wave), the Elevate Spa and a market/coffee shop. Guests of Acajou Villa can board the Sail Beluga boat that's docked in the water, at a discounted rate. Sail Beluga's guests utilize a separate entrance on the side to the dock. Of course, the heart of Provo with all of its exceptional restaurants and shopping is just minutes away.
