Upon entering Villa Siena you will find a Living/Family area complete with a Bar counter, sectional sofa, 65-inch smart TV and 22 feet of glass sliding doors opening out to the pool area with comfy sofa seating and a lushly landscaped private yard.

Upstairs you'll be mesmerized at the 30-foot vaulted ceiling, gourmet kitchen complete with a six-burner gas Viking stove, a built-in Thermador refrigerator, a breakfast counter, and more cabinets than you will ever use. There is a large formal dining area to seat eight, sofa and chair seating including a 70inch smart TV. The entire area opens up with 32 feet of glass doors to the upper terrace, complete with a dining area, lounge area, and barbecue grill area.

Villa Siena is situated on an oversized lot with a gated entrance. Tall palm trees and tropical landscaping surround the villa on all sides. The first-floor terrace opens out to the 30 x 40-foot floating swimming pool which has an infinity edge on three sides and features an ancient Italian well ring in the center. You will find comfy sofa seating under the covered terrace and various chaise loungers surrounding the pool area outside. The entire yard is secluded for complete privacy. The upper terrace is complete with a dining table and chairs, a built-in grill area and a lounge area.

The Primary Suite is situated on the second floor. It is furnished with a king bed and an en-suite bathroom with a large stand-alone shower and double vanity, and his and her walk-in closets, and sliding glass doors will take you out to the balcony overlooking the pool and yard area.

Bedroom two is a suite located on the first-floor level and is complete with a four-poster king bed, an en-suite bathroom which includes a tub, a large stand-alone shower, and a vanity. The double French doors will lead you out to a private terrace that connects to the pool area.

Just off of the Family Room, bedroom three is a suite also located on the first floor. It is complete with a king bed, walk-in closet, large stand-alone shower and vanity. Through the double French doors, you will find a private terrace area with a splash pool that waterfalls into the larger swimming pool.

Bedroom four is a detached Guest Suite, complete with a Queen bed, fully equipped kitchenette, sitting area, and bathroom with a walk-in shower and vanity.
