Villa Aria is a modern 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom villa located in the heart of Grace Bay, offering an ideal blend of luxury and convenience. This stunning villa is just a short walk from Grace Bay Beach, consistently ranked among the best in the world for its powdery white sand and crystal-clear water. Guests can easily explore nearby attractions, including popular restaurants, shopping plazas, and casinos. Use the provided bicycles to explore the vibrant Grace Bay Strip or pack the included beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler, and towels for a day at any of Providenciales’ breathtaking beaches. Villa Aria also offers exclusive discounts on E-bike rentals and car rentals through select local vendors, making it easy to get around the island.

On the first floor, you’ll find a spacious, fully equipped kitchen with brand-new appliances, an island, and an intimate dining table for six—perfect for preparing and enjoying gourmet meals together. Adjacent to the kitchen is a large living room featuring a comfortable sectional sofa, a 55-inch flat-screen smart TV, and a Sonos sound system. Also on the first floor is a convenient half-bathroom and a washer/dryer combo for guest use.

All three bedrooms are located on the second floor. At the top of the stairs, the master suite awaits with a king-sized bed, a 42-inch wall-mounted flat-screen TV, a spacious closet, and an en-suite bathroom featuring a walk-in glass shower and a vanity with a smart mirror. The master bedroom is also equipped with a ceiling fan and a split-unit AC for maximum comfort.

Across the landing, you’ll find two additional guest bedrooms.
