Turks and Caicos Dream Experience

Emerald Waters Villa is truly a dream! The owners have truly put extensive thought into everything! The house was spacious and impeccably clean. Almost everything you might need is there. This is the best rental villa our family has ever had the pleasure to call home for a week and it truly felt like a home. It was conveniently located to not only all the stores but centrally located to all of the beaches. Once we got acquainted with the roads, the best beaches were within a 10 minute drive or shorter in any direction. The canals and nearby lake were great to explore in the mornings and evenings. Gorge, our house contact was immediately responsive and a wealth of local information. It was truly a joy to be there and we enjoyed every minute of our stay!

Amazing Vacation!!

Turks and Caicos is a beautiful vacation spot! The beaches are breathtaking. Emerald Waters Villa was perfect! The layout and location was perfect. We could not ask for better accommodation. We were a large family and everyone was comfortable and pleased with the house. The house was well equipped, very clean, and well maintained. We will be back!!

Super week

The house was lovely, clean and comfortable. I just would have liked paddle boards so we could use them in the lagoon. Michael was also great and very informative.

Amazing house, location and service

We were 6 adults and 3 young kids. The house was perfect for us and the location was great. The property management company was quick to answer questions and help with anything we needed.

10/10 would recommend emerald waters villa and booking with rental escapes. Amanda, Noemie and Michael gave a top notch, curated experience. The house was the perfect mix of chic and comfortable. Very private. Well stocked kitchen and plenty of beach towels. The lighting and seating options made outdoor dining a must. The canal was calm and clear for paddle boarding and morning coffee. Central location. Honestly perfect! We cannot wait to return!

Beautiful Home on a quiet canal

Our family of 10 enjoyed 9 nights in this lovely home and guest pod. Everything is beautiful and well maintained from the bed linens to the artwork, beach towels and the lush greenery around the property. The kitchens are stocked with high quality silverware, tools and beautiful serving dishes. There is a washer and dryer in the main house and a clothes washer in the guest pod. Dish washers in both kitchens. The outside patio area and pool is so gorgeous and well maintained that it expands the living space of the home in an amazing way. Claudius, the on-island property manager was quick to answer phone calls and took care of issues right away. The property is on a quiet street and canal. The permanant neighbors across the canal were very friendly. There is a gate with a code to get on the property which I was relieved to learn about. The house has a security system which can be set by the renter when leaving home. The house is located in the center of Provo making it easy to drive to all of the different beaches. The drive to calm family beaches of aqua shallow water like Sapodilla Bay and Taylor Bay is within 15 minutes. Wonderful snorkeling on Smith's Reef is just 10 minutes away. The busier beaches, shops and restaurants of Grace Bay Beach is just 12 minutes away. The drive to Long Bay Beach which is where you can watch people kiteboarding and float in rougher water is just 15 minutes away. Renting through Rental Escapes was also a wonderful experience. Noemie was wonderful to work with. She booked our boat trip, car rental and arranged for a kayak and paddle board to be delivered to the house for the week. We loved the home and would recommend it highly.

Amazing house with so much details

The house is amazing - it was perfect for us. We were 7 adults and 2 babies and it had everything we needed. The kitchen is super well equipped and the whole house is designed with lots of love. We felt comfortable from the first second. The canal is also super nice to swim in. We also got to meet the amazing neighbor's who invited us over for a wine - really interesting people.

Felt like I was staying at a dear friends house!

Loved all the beautiful artwork and fully stocked kitchen! So many comfortable seating areas depending on the position of the sun. And the landscaping is some of the best I've ever seen. Each bedroom was fully stocked. Soft sheets and great towels. Kitchen had the most beautiful plates and serveware and made us want to do catering in to enjoy the outdoor areas A very memorable stay. Thank you!
