Elegance In Paradise

We celebrated my wife's 50th and daughter's 18th birthdays with a family trip to SXM. Our visit, including the stay at Bella Vita, was FANTASTIC!!!! We made lifetime memories and some new friends along the way including Ina, our on sight concierge. She was amazing, very responsive, kind and helpful. Regarding the property itself, it was "as advertised" with stunning views, modern decor and a multitude of amenities. We used the infinity pool and home theatre the most. We also catered an amazing dinner, the large kitchen and dinning area were perfect. The Villa was very clean and located conveniently. Pointers for future guests: rent a car, while there are plenty of options within walking distance, the hill is steep and it's easy to get around SXM in a vehicle. also, pay attention and cover all of the tech in the home upon your arrival. Bella Vita is a smart home with a lot of tech which comes with some complexity. Overall, a fantastic experience and would highly recommend.

Amazing Vacay

The house that we rented through your company was phenomenal. I have traveled and stayed in amazing places but this house took the cake. The overall experience with Rental Escape was great every step of the way.

A Multi-Destination Family Reunion Arranged by Rental Escape

First, Tania who helped us was fantastic. She figured out what island allows all of us with several different passports to enter, and after talking to me found us the perfect House. Bianca who managed the logistic was equally great. She was always available and managed all requests professionally and with care. The house itself is truly amazing. It is well placed, exceptionally well equipped and comfortable, and has exceptional views and service. We loved it. Looking forward to going back one day soon.

OMG-Still in Awe At This Place

This place was NOT on my list. I literally was contacted two days before my scheduled 40th birthday trip to let me know that my original villa was unavailable. Bella Vita was recommended to my and my 12 guests for the celebration and this place was an experience. My guests all arrived before me thanks to American Airlines and upon my arrival they had already made themselves comfortable and were well adjusted to this beautiful villa. The pics do it any justice, we all enjoyed the layout, the amenities, the pool, gym, everything was worth it. This place has set a standard for future trips I plan and spending an entire week here went soooo fast but I will return soon, oh and River (the house manager) was a great help as well. We were able to experience the Rain Forest, Angulla, and St. Barths gaining 4 passport stamps during our week long visit.

love at first sight!

It's not everyday you need a large enough vacation rental to house 14 adults. The rental escapes reservation manager knew a thing or two about the properties in St Maarten and made the selection easy. What can I say, they crushed it. The property they suggested was not a home run, it was a grand slam! Well done guys!
