The Villa offers a spacious pool deck with an infinity pool, lounge chairs, teak furniture, and access to and from the two bedrooms on the lower level.

There is a spacious two-car garage and more parking space around the Villa.

Villa Ocean Pearl in Dawn Beach can accommodate up to 14 guests, the main house has 3 Bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and an extra bonus bedroom. The apartment has two bedrooms with a shared bathroom.
