perfection in Paradise

The property as flawless, caplet with visiting puppies which made or week. Nothing at all to complain abut Everything from the staff, concierge and service was flawless. twice we had an issue with the gate then the oven. Hello arrived to resolve this literally within 20 minutes! The Rental Escape staff as always was second t none. Is our 3-4 time with them and will never use anyone else. big thanks to Amanda and Marina

On The Beach

Before I review the Villa, I must give full marks to Rental Escapes for their excellent service. More than that I give 5+ stars to Levi our Villa Specialist and to Marina our Concierge. I have dealt with Levi for over 15 years, and he is the best Specialist you could ask for, bar none. As to Marina it was our first time working together and I am certain this will develop into a long and mutually beneficial relationship. As to the Villa, as I said in the title it was on the beach. If you wanted to be closer to the water, you would have to be in it. The beach it is on is Baie Rouge, one of the most beautiful beaches on the island. The Beach and the proximity to the water were the main reason for the 4 stars rating. Before I go further, I need to make it clear the selection of this Villa was our choice and we told Levi to book it. Over the 20 plus years we have been coming to St. Martin, we have rented many different Villas of varying sizes, in different locations, all from Levi and all have been PERFECT. This time we wanted an intimate smaller Villa on the beach. This Villa filled the bill for those requirements, so we booked it. As to the Villa itself it was OK. The main living area was spacious but standard furnishings. The kitchen was serviceable but needed updating as did most of the Villa. The bedrooms were adequate but not what we had come to expect based on the Villas we have rented before. Overall, it was a nice place to stay and filled our wants for this specific trip. To close, if you want the beach as your front yard and that is the top requirement that this is an excellent choice.

a week in paradise

Amazing setting, Rental escapes was the most accommodating Made several changes to rental days du to flight changes and they were amazing!! Very responsive to requests, and concierge service second none. Amanda and Marina were the best to deal with . Service was outstanding from bth. also service on island was exceptional . Have traveled with other companies for over 30 years and this one tops it!
