Val Andre is a charming seaside villa located in St. Jean on the “Sables d'Or” property which consists of three lovely cottages. It offers an outstanding view over St. Jean beach and over the ocean, making this two-bedroom holiday house a fantastic place for an unforgettable vacation in St. Barths.

Built over two levels, the vacation rental in St-Barth Val Andre offers upscale quality services. The living room is well furnished with a comfortable sofa and armchairs in a romantic style facing the opening onto the terrace and the deep blue waters of St-Barth. The indoor wooden dining room welcomes guests for delicious meals that can be cooked in the well-equipped kitchen or grilled on the barbecue. The Caribbean mild air comes in the living room, and you’ll enjoy breathing the trade winds, while admiring the breathtakingly beautiful panorama.

Located at the front of villa Val Andre, the terrace is equipped with a nice outdoor dining room for al fresco dinners, as well as lounge chairs for either sunbathing, resting, reading sessions, or to sip a cocktail in front of the ocean. There is a lovely green lawn from the terrace to the edge of the property overlooking the ocean. You will enjoy the private tennis courts, which are also accessible to the other two villas of the “Les Sables d'Or” property, as well as the run course in this exceptional environment between sky and sea.

The villa Val Andre is a charming cottage consisting of two air-conditioned bedrooms. One of them is located on the first floor near the living room. The second one is on the first floor and has a terrace equipped with deckchairs in front of a beautiful ocean view, for very private, pleasant moments of rest. Both rooms have en-suite bathrooms and are comfortably furnished, one with a king-size bed and the other one with two twin beds that can be converted into a king-size bed. For groups or families, the other two villas on the property can be rented together (villa Caf Frehel and Villa Dahouet) to form a four-bedroom complex.
