Only View is a magnificent four-bedroom property located in Pointe-Milou in front of a splendid view over the ocean and the sunsets. The vacation rental Only View welcomes guests in vast spaces with breathtaking ocean views in a modern and cozy decor. The air-conditioned living room is comfortably furnished with a sofa, lovely glass tables and mirrors reflecting the natural glow of St Barths. The dining area shares the same space and can accommodate up to eight guests around a spacious table, close to the kitchen with a breakfast bar with stools that opens onto the living room, perfect to cook meals and chat over a coffee. You can also choose to open the large windows to let in the gentle tropical breeze coming from the outdoor’s idyllic scenery. At the front of the villa, the terrace offers an amazing view of the ocean and the green hills. There is a heated swimming pool surrounded by sunbeds sheltered by large off-white umbrellas, for delightful sunbathing or reading sessions, or to sip a cocktail. On the side of the terrace, the lovely garden with its lovely green lawn creates a heavenly atmosphere where you will enjoy resting and relaxing. And every evening in the mild trade winds, the outdoor living room with benches and large cushions will welcome you and your guests in front of the sumptuous spectacle of the glorious sunsets on the ocean. The vacation rental Only View has four air-conditioned bedrooms with king or queen size beds, over two levels. Three of the bedrooms are on the main level, and the fourth is on the lowest one. They all have en-suite bathrooms, televisions and large walk-in closets.
