This open-plan great room is nicely furnished with several cozy sofas and a bench, facing a flat-screen TV hanging on the wall for movie nights. Tastefully decorated with style and neutral tones, you will appreciate the contemporary design of this comfortable and expansive living room. On the back, a long and beautiful dining table can accommodate up to ten guests in a cozy atmosphere, with elegant lights hanging from the ceiling. The kitchen is spacious and modern, fully equipped with a large breakfast bar and leather-covered stools for your very private moments. From the floor-to-ceiling windows, opening to the outdoors, the horizon is perfect and inviting under the sun of St-Barths.

On the wooden terrace, the show of the heated infinity pool seeming to melt with the ocean is among the most beautiful in Saint-Barths. Two bedrooms are located on the upper level of the villa on either side of the entrance lobby, while the third bedroom is located on the main level overlooking the terrace and the pool.
