The living area is located on the upper level, with a fully glazed living room and a unique view on the blue waters of St. Barths. The outdoor covered dining room, made of weathered wood, welcomes up to eight guests in a selected furniture, facing the ocean and the beach below. A second rattan and glass dining table is installed at the back under a covered terrace. Inside, you’ll enjoy cooking your meals and preparing cocktails in utmost comfort in the fully-equipped and air-conditioned kitchen.

On the middle level, have a rest in the quiet and relaxing spaces with three comfortable air-conditioned bedrooms. The master bedroom is composed of a king-size bed and a private bathroom, with a magnificent view over the pool and ocean. The other two bedrooms share a bathroom and open onto the hillside vegetation.
