In a refined and contemporary decoration, the large open-plan living room is perfect for relaxing and daydreaming. Comfortable sofas, high-end equipment and noble materials such as the waxed concrete floor or the high whitewashed wooden ceiling bring a pleasant feeling of volume and luxury. The fully equipped kitchen has a large breakfast bar with ten stools, a perfect place to chat over a coffee or have a snack. Guests will enjoy the foosball and the backgammon set up in this open plan space which opens onto the terrace with a breathtaking ocean view.

On the large teak terrace, the dining space for twelve guests is located under the covered area, swept by the natural ventilation of Saint Barth’s trade winds. You’ll enjoy relaxing in the comfortable outdoor lounge in front of the breathtakingly beautiful panorama. Seemingly merging with the fabulous blue ocean, a large heated infinity swimming pool extends over 23 meters and is ideal for swimming. Sunbeds and loungers are set up on the deck for delightful moments of rest under the shade of parasols. The view over the harbour is peaceful, as yachts sail along the coast. And every evening, you’ll marvel at the fantastic sunset spectacle on the horizon.

This sumptuous villa has six modern and luxurious air-conditioned bedrooms with ocean views, king-size beds and en-suite bathrooms. Located on different levels accessible by elevator, each suite has its own clean style in a cozy atmosphere with soft colours. Three bedrooms are on the main level and open on the terrace and the pool. Two of them can connect if desired. The three other bedrooms are located on the lower levels of the property.
