OVERVIEW
Four Winds Villa is a spacious, modern five-bedroom villa directly on the sea with a large private white sand beach and sheltered lagoon. Family-owned for 25 years and completely renovated and decorated in 2012, this is an ideal vacation home. The villa is located in the secure neighborhood of Old Fort Bay about three miles west of Ocho Rios and close to Dunn's River Falls.
The villa opens into a spacious living room and sun room with sliding doors that open onto the lawn and lead out to the large freshwater pool and spa. A separate formal dining room seats ten with tall arched windows opening to fresh sea breezes and is directly off the living room. Also, downstairs is a large family room. This spacious indoor/outdoor room overlooks the swimming pool and is perfect for lounging or informal meals.
Outdoor recreation includes a large freshwater pool, infinity hot tub, large sandy private beach, sheltered marina, ocean side gazebo and well-maintained lighted tennis court. The villa has wireless internet, cable television, video, CD player and a stereo system. Four Winds is set on two acres of private gardens.

• Rates include the Government Consumption Tax (GCT).
• Two extra adults on roll-away beds at $100 each per night or 2 extra children for $50 each per night.
• Inquire for more information regarding taxes, a security deposit, or rates.
• The villa requires a one-week full house booking for all events (weddings and parties) and a 15% service charge. All weddings must be catered unless it is just the villa guests.
• Staff gratuity - 10% (high season) to 15% (low season) of villa rental rate is to be paid to the head of house in Jamaican or US Dollars at the end of the stay.
