Boasting opulence, deep comfort, and an exquisite outlook, everything about Villa Palmera is based on the concept of pleasure. Nestled within Punta Cana Resort and Golf Club, this eight-bedroom residence comes complete with its own butler, chef, and housekeeper.

As soon as you enter the front door, the opulence begins, with magnificent doors leading into an elegant courtyard featuring ponds and a plant kingdom. Once inside, coral stone walls and floors line the mansion and Villa Palmera’s interior is rich and warm, which is reflected in the soft, comfortable furnishings around the house.

The house can sleep eighteen people comfortably and each bedroom has ample space, walk-in closets, flat-screen TVs to enjoy, and are all equipped with en-suite bathrooms. Each bedroom is fitted with air conditioning and fans, plus the bedrooms on the second floor also have their own terraces, so you can watch the sunrise and overlook the exquisite grounds of the house.

The rest of the 16,000 square feet (1,500 sq. meters) of the villa is comprised of two living rooms – one on the ground floor and one upstairs, a decadent kitchen and dining room, a state-of-the-art cinema and for those who like to stay in shape while on holiday, a Technogym ™ including Kinesis is located downstairs.

Meals can be enjoyed around the long, 18-seat dining room table and guests can cook beautiful lunches and dinners in the stylish kitchen or enjoy five-star dining, compliments of the chef.

For those relaxed evenings after a day on the green or soaking up the beach sunrays, the home cinema is the place to be. It can easily seat 15 guests and there are more than 100 films to choose from, along with all the entertainment Netflix has to offer.

There are plenty of covered, outdoor areas, including two verandas, to kick back and enjoy a glass of wine while taking in the magnificent views. Alternatively, a dip in the stunning pool or a soak in a ten-person outdoor jacuzzi can also be appreciated with a wine in hand.

Besides lounging around all day among the palm trees, there are plenty of activities for all. Basketball, badminton, ping pong, and crocket are at your fingertips and the billiard, chess, dominoes, backgammon, and card games are at your disposal in the upstairs living room. If you wish to explore the villa’s surroundings, bicycles and two golf carts are included in the villa’s rate.

The villa itself is surrounded by an abundance of greenery, with perfectly manicured green lawns and vegetation and only a five-minute walk to the gorgeous private Serena beach.

For extra privacy, the estate also includes a ‘Honeymoon suite’, which is a separate guest house complete with a large bedroom, living room, kitchen, and two full bathrooms.

The staff has their own self-contained quarters on the ground floor.
