Recently built with the most advanced architectural techniques under an avant-guard vision, this nine-bedroom villa rises as one of the best, if not the best, properties in Cap Cana, one of the most renowned gated villages throughout the Caribbean, within a five-minute golf cart drive to the famous Eden Roc Beach Club (complimentary access, blackout dates may apply during holiday seasons).

As you enter through the main entrance, a high ceiling with a gentle breeze coming from the garden welcomes you to a large and sober foyer sprinkled with subtle modern touches and governed by a minimalistic outlook.

Finally, when going downstairs you will find the eighth bedroom, another master with a king bed and en-suite bathroom next to the last bedroom with two queen beds and en-suite bathroom.

After a long beach day, the outdoor pool is the ideal break to cool off and then, sit on the large alfresco dining to enjoy a Dominican drink while planning your next day's activities.

This villa features a Professional Pickleball system and court that can transform into a 32x65 FT Basketball Court with two professional hoops easily adjustable in height for professional-level training or for family use.
