Tropical Modern is a stunning tropical modern villa with five bedrooms, situated just steps away from Minitas Beach, the private beach of the resort. As you enter the villa, you will be greeted by a beautiful water feature that serves as a centerpiece, adding a touch of serenity and elegance to the space. The open living area creates a seamless flow throughout the villa. The dining room and studio are both equipped with air conditioning, ensuring comfort even on warmer days. The villa boasts two large master suites, each featuring open-plan bathrooms and a private studio. Furthermore, the master suites offer internal access to the next room, providing an ideal arrangement for families who wish to stay close and share the space. The fifth bedroom features a private bathroom and offers outside access to the swimming pool and garden. The backyard is huge and blends with the golf course.
