All guests must register with the Villa Owners Club, and for a small daily fee ($25 per adult per night & $12 per child per night), are granted access to resort areas and amenities. Casa Patio is a beautiful and comfortable four-bedroom villa located within the Ingenio neighborhood. Designed by Francisco Feaugas, this villa offers a range of features and amenities for a delightful stay: a large living room, a separete dining room, a beautiful studio ( offering a separate space for work, creativity, or quiet retreat), a fully equipped kitchen and an outside terrace.

Guests can soak up the Caribbean ambiance and enjoy the views while lounging or dining outdoors. The swimming pool and a heated jacuzzi are available for guests’ enjoyment, they offer a refreshing and rejuvenating experience, ideal for cooling off or unwinding after a day of activities. The villa boasts a beautiful view of the La Romana Country Club Golf Course, guests can appreciate the picturesque surroundings and take in the greenery of the course. Casa Patio is just a 5-minute golf cart drive away from Minitas Beach.
