Its excellent location places it conveniently between Minitas Beach, La Marina, and La Romana Country Club, offering a variety of nearby attractions and amenities. The villa features a great Gazebo where guests can relax and enjoy the surroundings.

Additionally, there is a heated swimming pool and Jacuzzi, providing the perfect opportunity for relaxation and leisure. BBQ facilities are also available, allowing for outdoor dining and culinary experiences.
