Casa Serena is an exquisite six-bedroom villa that exudes elegance and spaciousness. As you enter the villa, you are welcomed by a grand living area with high ceilings and a formal dining room. From here, you can step onto the open terrace, which offers a casual dining table and an outdoor living space complete with a pool, jacuzzi, and barbecue area.

On this floor, you will find four bedrooms, including two master bedrooms. One master bedroom features an outdoor terrace with a private jacuzzi, while the other boasts an indoor jacuzzi. Additionally, there are two guest bedrooms on this level. The main kitchen, a closed-off studio room with a TV, and a comfortable sitting area are also located on this floor. The remaining two bedrooms are situated on the lower floor, along with a spacious living/game room area equipped with a TV, Ping Pong table, and Billiard table. This floor also houses two maids’ quarters, each with its own bathroom, a laundry area, and a service kitchen. The large backyard offers various outdoor activities, including a trampoline, a volleyball area, and picnic tables.

One of the standout features of Casa Serena is its expansive wrap-around veranda, accessible from each bedroom. This allows you to enjoy your morning coffee or relax in the fresh air while taking in the surrounding views.
