Seashells is a three-story beachfront villa on the west coast of Barbados' Paynes Bay, offering seclusion and island charm. This property embraces outdoor living, and it features a spacious covered verandah and an open-air deck, seamlessly blending Caribbean Sea views with lush tropical gardens.

The entrance leads to an open-plan living and dining area, as well as a kitchen. French doors open onto the patios, creating an indoor-outdoor flow. The coral stone walls exude tropical charm, and the patio features seating areas, a dining table, an open-air deck, and a private plunge pool. A BBQ gazebo awaits al fresco dining. A private gateway leads to the soft sands of the bay.

The decor is Caribbean chic, with warm colours and local art. The living area boasts a TV, and modern amenities.

The bedrooms are reached via a curved stairwell. Two guest bedrooms, one with a king-sized bed and the other with twin beds, are on the first floor. Both feature walk-in closets and spacious en-suite bathrooms. The master bedroom on the third floor includes a four-poster king bed, a seating area, and an office nook. A double balcony offers ocean views.

There is a full-sized walk-in closet and dressing room and a separate large bathroom with a shower and tub bath. The spacious double balcony opens the room out to the ocean views and provides the perfect spot for a quiet coffee or sundowner before heading out to enjoy the many local restaurants within walking distance of the villa.

Mahogany Bay-Seashells is ideally located within walking distance to several well-known restaurants and the bustling Holetown is just five minutes drive away. The Platinum West Coast of the island is well known for its world-class golf courses, luxury boutiques and thriving nightlife.
