This unusual tree house style villa, octagonal in shape with sliding glass doors and surrounded by wooden decking, offers a very original island retreat. Seabreeze is located on the south and highest point of the island just below Starlight and directly over the blue green water of the Exuma shallows. Fall asleep to the sounds of the warm water lapping against the shore below your deck.

Consisting of three separate buildings or pods, linked by wooden decks, with two detached bedroom suites on either side of the central living and kitchen area, Seabreeze is elegantly furnished and provides phenomenal views. An indoor shower opens to a spectacular open air shower where the views are second to none and the privacy is unmatched
