Eight beautifully appointed bedrooms are elegantly furnished and boast breathtaking views. Spacious open-plan living spaces command magnificent ocean views, while two outdoor barbecue areas, a large sun deck, and two splash pools offer the perfect place to sun-worship and entertain.

The villa has a spacious and fully equipped kitchen with state-of-the-art amenities, including a dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, and Nespresso machine. The open-plan dining area seats 16 for dinner and seamlessly connects with the outdoor dining terrace through floor-to-ceiling glass sliding doors. The beautifully appointed bedrooms are spread evenly over the house with three on the top level, three on the middle level, and two on the lower level. The house has secure off-street parking and is fully secure with an alarm. A short drive will take you to the bustling palm-lined beachfront of Camps Bay with its plethora of beach bars, cafés, restaurants, and shops. The Table Mountain Cableway and the V&A Waterfront are just a 15-minute drive away.

5 of the 8 Bedrooms are located on the 2 lower levels and access to these bedrooms is via stairs on the exterior of the Villa. The bedrooms are situated like this to maximize on privacy for these rooms.

Due to the open pool and high drops, this property is not suitable for young children.
