Nestled mountainside, as the name implies—Slopeside Modern is an opulent ski-in/ski-out home in the heart of Park City Mountain Resort. This luxurious four-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom getaway spans over 3,000 square feet and comfortably sleeps eight, with a private hot tub.

The ground floor of this four-story retreat features a second living area furnished with a plush sectional and TV, along with two comfortable bedrooms. Guests can choose from the ground-floor guest room boasting a queen bed, or the twin-over-twin bed in the bunk room—both include private bathrooms.

The second floor features a cozy queen bedroom with a private bathroom, as well as a luxurious primary bedroom boasting a king bed, TV, private balcony, and a private bathroom with a large soaking tub. The fireplace adds a touch of elegance to the space.

On the third floor, bathed in natural light from the expansive windows framing the mountain views, the great room creates a welcoming ambiance. The open-concept layout inspires comfort and conversation, harmoniously blending the living, dining, and kitchen spaces. A lovely living area, accented in earthy hues, offers a spacious sectional couch, two cozy armchairs, and a warm fireplace with a wall-mounted TV overhead—perfect for gathering. The adjacent dining area seats eight guests with a stylish mix of bench and chair seating, while the sizeable kitchen island seats five more. The sleek kitchen is a culinary enthusiast's dream, boasting spacious countertops, high-end appliances, and all the comforts of home, including a microwave, blender, and coffee maker. Complemented by outdoor furniture, the patio is perfect for unwinding and soaking up the beautiful surroundings. For added convenience, there's a laundry room on this floor.

The top floor features a wet bar that opens to a private balcony, providing the perfect place to unwind. Enjoy a relaxing soak in the hot tub or savor an après-ski drink beside the outdoor fireplace while taking in the stunning views.

Slopeside Modern cultivates an inviting atmosphere for both relaxation and entertainment. With on-site parking for one vehicle in the garage, it's easy to explore the local area, including Utah Olympic Park, historic Main Street, and other famous ski resorts. For ski-in/ski-out access, exit the home and cross the street to the Ski Tower, conveniently located off King's Crown Ski Run at Park City Mountain Resort.
