Enter into the heart of Little Empire on the inviting third floor, designed for comfort and style. The open floor plan boasts knotty hickory hardwood floors, vaulted ceilings, and a cozy gas fireplace. Sunlight streams through large windows, offering stunning Park City views. Gather with friends and family around the small gas fireplace with a 55" TV overhead, where a comfortable couch and armchair await in the living area. Share meals at the six-seat dining table, ideal for family gatherings, or grab a quick bite at the cozy two-seat breakfast bar. The chef's kitchen boasts expansive granite countertops, elegant wood cabinetry, and top-of-the-line appliances, including an electric cooktop and oven. Enjoy city views and easy living with a heated one-car garage and driveway parking. For ski-in/ski-out access, exit home, turn right onto Empire Ave, and walk downhill. To return, start at the upper parking lot, turn right onto Empire Ave, walk uphill, and find Little Empire on the left.
