The dining area is elegant, seating eight on plush chairs adjacent to a second fireplace encased in marble. The gourmet kitchen is equipped with high-end appliances, spacious countertops, and a four-stool breakfast bar. Relax in the TV room on the comfortable couch before retiring to the four bedrooms on this floor—three bedrooms with king beds and one other with a queen bed—all with private bathrooms.
