Enjoy a private ski-in/ski-out retreat in Park City’s Deer Valley Resort! Located above the Jordanelle Express Gondola, Powder Haus is a lovely four-bedroom, 5.5-bathroom townhouse, sleeping 13. Main Street’s world-class dining, shopping, and entertainment is 10 minutes away, while hiking and ski trails, golf courses, and boating on Lake Jordanelle are all accessible within 15 minutes. You will love spending snowy nights soaking in the private hot tub or playing card games and air hockey by the fire!

Beautiful hardwood floors and a grand stone fireplace curate a lodge-like atmosphere in the main-floor living area—complete with oversized windows showcasing the stunning mountain views! Sink into the curved sectional sofa to watch TV or venture onto the wraparound deck furnished with a four-person patio table and gas grill. The gourmet kitchen offers high-end Viking appliances and a four-stool breakfast bar. There’s also an 8-seat dining table for group meals. When nighttime falls, recharge in the spacious primary bedroom, featuring a king bed, sitting area, private fireplace, TV, and private deck access.

There’s no chance for boredom with the downstairs game room, equipped with two plush sofas by the fireplace and TV, an air hockey table, a four-seat card table, and a kitchenette with four stools. Outside, soak in the hot tub, roast marshmallows over the firepit, or enjoy the epic mountain view from the porch swing. The eight-seat theater room begs for nightly movie screenings, and a custom ski room with lockers and boot dryers keeps equipment ready to hit the trails. The top floor is perfect for kids with two guest bedrooms and a common living area. The first guest bedroom has two queen beds while the second features two queen beds and one twin bed.

For ski-in/ski-out access, exit out the front door and turn left. Continue downhill past two driveways, and around the corner is the funicular for the Jordanelle Trail and Jordanelle Gondola.
