OVERVIEW

Located on the island of Hilton Head, Palmetto Dunes boasts a number of stunning sandy beaches, numerous bike trails as well as activities such as kayaking, boating, tennis, golf and parasailing.

A dual curved staircase graces the entrance of this home that opens up into a two story living area. Elegant Juliet balconies located in the second floor bedrooms give a birds-eye view of the living and dining rooms, as well as the ocean beyond. The main living area is spacious and benefits from full surround sound stereo and a TV. The kitchen offers plenty of space to entertain and includes a breakfast bar area. The dining room is open to the kitchen/living area - just off of the kitchen is a wet bar with seating for six.

The master suite downstairs has a king bed, TV and access to the outdoor patio. The suite also benefits from a private bathroom with a jetted tub and separate shower. The second bedroom features a king bed, TV and private bathroom.

The grand staircase leads you up to the second master bedroom suite which has a king bed, TV, ocean view seating area, private balcony and a large private bathroom with jacuzzi tub. Two additional bedrooms are upstairs (one with two twin beds and the second with a king bed, each have a TV and private bath).
