Kailua Kona Estate in the desirable "comfort zone" elevation, where it always 10 degrees cooler than shore and stays at a constant 70-80 degrees year-round! One of the rooms has a split type ductless air conditioning system. You will enjoy comfortable sleeping temperatures. There are ceiling fans and portable fans in each room.
