This is a tastefully newly furnished home with a private pool ( this can be heated in the Winter for an additional charge). You will start to relax from the moment you walk into this inviting home. It has a light and airy interior with tasteful furniture, and a fantastic original terrazzo flooring throughout the bedrooms and living area - Great to stay cool during the hot Floridian summer!

The home is fully equipped throughout and comes with free high-speed internet and WIFI.

The living area has seating for the whole family so you can be really comfortable watching TV or a DVD. All three TVs in the house have access to Cable TV.

The dining area offers the space you would need to have a more formal family meal - The table will comfortably fit four people but can seat up to six also.

The bedrooms are beautifully decorated, with much love to detail so guests can relax, rest and enjoy. All have plenty of storage, with the primary suite being particularly spacious - From this room, you can step to the pool area through patio doors.

Guests will love the well-equipped and spacious kitchen. It offers plenty of counter space and stainless-steel appliances, as well as many gadgets that make vacation life easier and more pleasant - Including a coffee maker, electric kettle, smoothie maker, microwave, and toaster. It has everything you will need to prepare your daily meals. For your convenience, you will also find an elegant kitchen dining area for your casual meals.

The pool area is covered with a lanai and equipped with outdoor furniture for gatherings, even if the weather is not perfect. The bar area, sofas, sun loungers and dining table are perfect to relax and unwind, after a long day at the beach or in the pool.
