Nestled within Solterra Resort, Villatel Village is a brand new, one-of-a-kind vacation community that plays host to 71 luxury homes and exclusive amenities—including a private entrance, scenic views, and a covered playground. We look forward to offering you access to our Event & Conference center in spring 2023. While construction is still underway, you can expect to find a fabulous community sandbox (and accompanying machinery) in its place.

Experience your hero’s welcome the moment you enter the grand foyer, with its high ceilings, high-end finishes, and grand Transitional-style décor. The spacious great room, with its oversized TV and comfy-yet-elegant sofa and chairs, is the heart of this 7,200-square-foot house—and the perfect place to unwind and reconnect with your gang.

Food lovers (read: everyone) will be awed by the gorgeous open-plan chef’s kitchen with its sleek black-and-white cabinetry, black marble countertops, and top-end appliances. Hang out on stools at the kitchen island with coffee or cocktails, and step over to the elegant dining table when it’s time for a full dinner spread.

Just outside the back door, a sprawling, private outdoor space awaits. The colossal pool has something for everyone—a mini water slide for the kids, a jacuzzi and poolside chaises for the adults, and games for all, from pool basketball to ping-pong and foosball. No need to dry off when it’s time to eat: The fabulous summer kitchen with its built-in grill and covered patio seating is just the place for Florida-style barbecue, or whatever you’re craving.

Back inside, discover this mansion’s uber-cool recreation spaces. In the first-floor game room, get your fill of the arcade games you loved as a kid (and still love today)—from Pac-Man to air hockey and even a basketball game. Upstairs, the fun and games keep coming with a pool table for billiards fans, and classic games like darts, ring toss, and wall Scrabble.

Can you imagine a more perfect night in than watching your favourite movies over popcorn in your very own theater? Kick back in the reclining chairs and enjoy the surround sound as you gaze up at the big screen (there’s even a row of mini recliners for the little ones).

Supercharge your workout in the private gym with its top-of-the-line stationary bike, treadmill, and free weights. Need motivation? Turn on the TV and connect via app to a virtual trainer who will get you moving in no time.

The kids’ jaws will drop when they discover the three wildly creative and inspiring themed bedrooms that are this mansion’s highlights.

On the first floor, check out the “Superheroes Hideaway” room—the special “12th Bedroom” of the house, and easily the most elaborate and spacious. Here, your smallest guests can pretend to be the world’s mightiest heroes, sleeping in a suit of armour, sneaking through a hidden portal, and whizzing down the cool bunk bed slides. Immersive play will tire them out for bedtime, when they can dream of using their superpowers for good.

Upstairs, find two more incredible themed bedrooms. In the ‘Mini Playhouse,” the kids will love visiting their favourite animated mouse in her pretty pink abode. This room is full of fantasy and fun with a bright blue sky overhead, hidden bunk beds, and a polka-dot twisty slide.

Next door in the ‘Shuttle Mission” room, little space fans will find their dream abode. This NASA-approved bedroom and play space features cool rocket-ship bunk beds, a Milky Way sky, and a spiral slide to get back down to Earth. Sleeping here is literally out of this world!

Downstairs, find a primary bedroom with a king-size bed, a regular king bedroom, and a primary queen bedroom that features a double-door walkout to the pool area. Upstairs, discover five beautifully appointed bedrooms with cozy king-sized beds and another bedroom with two full beds. Each sleep haven caters to grownup tastes with plush bedding, upscale Transitional-style décor, and a soothing palette comprised of taupes, grays, and blues.
