The second bedroom is on the other side of the house and is equipped with a two-tone iron and brass king bed, plush brand new mattress, wall-mounted 55-inch Samsung smart TV and sound bar, beautiful white bedroom furniture, dresser and two nightstands, and a large closet.

The third bedroom has a super comfortable queen bed, a 55-inch wall-mounted Samsung smart TV, high-end linens, custom Romina ecofriendly handmade nightstands, and a large walk-in closet.

Balfour Beach House has a bonus room, equipped with a queen-sized Murphy bed, and a built-in pull-out desk.

The guest bathroom is located between the second and third bedrooms and is upgraded with luxury tile, a glass-enclosed shower, and an additional bonus door leading from the shower to the pool deck.
