When you enter the unit, the natural light from the huge sliding glass doors beckons you to the balcony where you can enjoy unobstructed views of the Ocean. From the balcony, the stairway gives you direct access to the beach to spend your days in the sea and sand.

Once back inside this custom kitchen offers high-end details from the appliances to the waterfall kitchen island integrating most efficiently with the dining table. The living area with a sectional sofa, a smart tv, and stunning fireplace, combined with the kitchen and dining, offers a great layout for entertaining friends and family.

The primary bedroom is designed with built-in storage around the king-size bed.
