There are three bedrooms and 3.5 baths beautifully arranged across a full 1,800 square feet of living space, with a convenient location a short stroll away from all that downtown Telluride has to offer.

The LIVING ROOM provides a cozy spot for all six guests to gather to relax after a full day and discuss your plans for the next day. You'll find a comfy leather sofa and an armchair arranged around an impressive stone fireplace, and this room also offers a flat-screen television for your viewing pleasure.

The KITCHEN comes with stainless steel appliances and everything needed to prepare every meal of the day, and you may take your meals in the dining room with seating for six, at the breakfast bar or the outdoor table on the private patio.

This home's entire top floor houses the spacious PRIMARY SUITE, and it boasts vaulted ceilings, a plush king-size bed, views of the ski resort and a private bath with a glass steam shower, a separate jetted tub, and dual sinks. On the lowest level, you'll discover the other two guest bedrooms. One is a QUEEN SUITE with a private bath, and the other is a SPLIT KING SUITE that may be transformed into two twin-size beds for any singles, teens or children in the group. This bedroom is served by a bath right across the hall.
