A true Telluride classic, South Pacific Townhouse is located on West Pacific Ave, two doors down from the Telluride Medical Center. Just one block south of Main Street and 2 blocks from the gondola, this beautiful and comfortable home is ideal for families and friends alike.

Upon arriving to the home's south facing entrance, visitors have use of a private parking space and are greeted by their own private patio, complete with grill and patio table with seating for four. From here, guests enter into the home to find a spacious living area, with a cozy leather couch, armchair and built-in window seat sofa surround a flat screen TV and gas fireplace and enjoy the Sonos Sound System. The adjacent dining room with seating for six is served by gourmet kitchen with granite tile countertops, stainless steel appliances and breakfast bar for two. Rounding out this level is a powder room for convenient guest access.

The primary suite occupies South Pacific Townhouse's entire top floor, with a private balcony facing out toward the ski resort, allowing guests to marvel at their own turns at the end of each ski day. The primary bedroom is absolutely beautiful with vaulted ceilings, a king size bed and en suite bathroom with dual vanity sinks, a large jetted tub and glass steam shower.

The home's lowest level is occupied by two guest bedrooms and a full laundry room. The first is a queen bedroom with ensuite bath, while the second guest bedroom is a split king room that has a private bathroom across the hallway.
