Petra Domus is a light, bright, one of a kind retreat for an extended family or couples. The blonde wood cabinetry and floors and light linen and neutral colors make this a great space to enjoy perfect views of the San Sophia Mountains. Walk to ski, Petra Domus is perfect for the whole family! Guests can’t get any closer to the views while enjoying the outdoor living space and protected deck, with seating area around a fireplace, gas grill and dining table for six.

Upon entering the home, guests are greeted by a light flooded hallway with seating area and immediate views of the covered back deck and San Sophia Mountains. A great room expands to the left, with plush leather seated armchairs and two couches surrounding a stone gas fireplace. A hidden closet holds the TV and games, while a dining table for six-sits adjacent.

With views of the great room as well as the dining area, a Chef's kitchen boasts counter seating for four, white marble countertops and Viking stainless steel appliances including an eight burner gas stove with griddle option. The home also boasts a Nespresso VertuoLine espresso maker and Mr. Coffee drip coffee maker.

A hallway off the kitchen hosts the mud room, complete with washer and dryer and ample hooks, benches cubbies and storage. There is also a doorway to the garage and covered parking. A few steps farther through the porte cochere leads to the private guest house. The beautiful airy space with exposed wood accents and floor to ceiling views comes with a queen bed and private bath with glass shower/tub combo, seating area for two with a TV and a kitchenette with sink, toaster oven, two burner stove, dishwasher, mini-fridge, rolling island and Mr. Coffee drip coffee maker.

The guest suites are each immaculate and well positioned each with a large closet and private bath. Just off the main living space is a warm and white dual queen poster bed suite with en-suite soaking tub with a view and dual vanity sinks.

The master king suite is at the far end of the hall from the living area, and boasts breathtaking San Sophia views, a metal finished gas fireplace, en-suite bath with opposing dual vanity sinks, soaking tub and glass shower.

The final sleeping quarters are downstairs in a bunk/media room. Featuring two sets of twin bunks - four in total - built into the wall, the space also has French doors to the outdoor hot tub, sectional couch with a TV, foosball table and wet bar with seating for two facing an impressive glassed in wine closet. The space also hosts a private bathroom with dual sinks and a glass shower.
