Nestled among the mountain peaks of downtown Telluride sits this simple, streamlined home with jaw-dropping views. Located in the center of town, you'll experience local Telluride loft living at its finest. Close to all that the area has to offer- including delicious restaurants, eclectic art galleries, and the gondola- the Loft at Livery strikes a perfect balance between rugged mountain escape and exciting city living. And with sleeping space for six spread out over 1,212 square feet, there's enough room for everyone in your crew to relax and find some privacy and peace.

Enter under the Tibetan prayer flags and through the sun-bleached wood door. The living and dining areas are on the upper level and are wide open and inviting, with gleaming blonde wood floors and tons of natural sunshine pouring in through the large windows. After a long day on the mountain, kick your feet up on the comfy sofa and armchairs that face the fireplace and flatscreen television. Or head outside to the patio to take in the simply stunning views of Ajax Peak.

The polished kitchen is anchored by a chef-worthy gas range and stainless steel vent hood. A mosaic tile backsplash compliments the light wood cabinets and gray slate countertops perfectly.

A sleek dining table has room for eight people to gather together for a fresh blueberry pancake breakfast before hitting the trails. Or a home-cooked dinner in with a bottle of wine while the fireplace crackles nearby.

The primary suite sits on the main level and features a plush Queen-size bed and private, en suite bath.

Downstairs you'll find two more spacious bedrooms, each with their own en suite bathrooms- ideal for couples traveling together. The north-facing bedroom has a sumptuous Queen-size bed, while the south-facing bedroom has two twin-size beds that are convertible into a king-size bed.
