OVERVIEW

Modern and spacious, this three-bedroom 1,530 sq. ft condo is the premium double end unit within Telluride Lodge. The only large private outside deck with unrestricted panoramic mountain views, dining table and bar seating for seven. Originally two units, they were combined into a single unit with no adjoining walls to any neighbors. Everything you need for an unforgettable trip to the Rocky Mountains is right at your fingertips. The Lodge is located at the foot of Lift 7, offering effortless access to Telluride's extraordinary skiing, hiking, and mountain biking. Telluride Lodge is filled with resort-style amenities, including complimentary guest pass parking, a complimentary private ski locker opposite the front door, a barbecue area, and upscale Clark's grocery store adjacent via a covered walkway.

In the living area, the wraparound picture windows with unobstructed mountain views, basalt gas fireplace and open living and dining area provide the perfect place for family and friends to gather. It's the ideal spot to relax after a long day on the ski slopes. The fireplace is surrounded by soft leather sofas that face the 65" wall-mounted Smart TV that has pre-loaded apps for you to watch your favorite streaming services including YouTube TV (included subscription), Amazon Prime, Disney+, Netflix, HBO Max and Hulu. Your group will love to kick back and relax here while sipping on coffee or cocktails and watching the fire. Next to the living area, there's a modern marble-topped dining table with seating for eight, in addition to counter stool seating for five at the expansive kitchen counter. In the entryway mudroom there is ample hook hanging space and built-in cubbies for storage, in addition to a half bath.

The kitchen comprises custom hardwood cabinets and modern light quartzite countertops surrounding the stainless steel appliances including a refrigerator, dishwasher, range, and microwave. An oversized L-shaped counter provides seating for five that's perfect for socializing and conversation while preparing meals. Picture windows provide unobstructed views of the mountains.

The first of three ensuite bedrooms is the large top floor master suite, featuring a king-size bed, designated workspace with work desk, office chair and 32" HP monitor to extend your laptop and create a quiet work area. Sitting at your desk, you will be looking directly at the iconic Bridal Veil Falls- taking working from home to a whole new level. In the attached master bathroom, you have dual vanity sinks, a deep Kohler tub and custom glass-enclosed shower.

Every bedroom has a large wall-mounted Smart TV that has pre-loaded apps for you to watch your favorite streaming services including YouTube TV (included subscription), Amazon Prime, Disney+, Netflix, HBO Max and Hulu.

The large second bedroom has two queen-size beds and an attached full bathroom. The mountain views in this bedroom compete with the master, all your guests will be happy. The third bedroom is a cozy bunk room comprising a queen-size bed, a twin-over-twin bunk, and an ensuite bathroom.
