This luxury two-bedroom residence feels and lives bigger than you’d think with a primary suite on one side and a second split king suite on the other side of your spacious living areas. The great room is the perfect place to enjoy the fantastic view and cozy up to the inviting sandstone fireplace after a fun day on the slopes.

Meal prep in your fully equipped gourmet kitchen with ample counter and storage space will be a delight. Between the incredible views straight out the living room window and the easy view of the large television, the family chef won’t miss a beat. The beautiful farm sink and high-end appliances, including a wine refrigerator, will help every home chef feel like a pro. You’ll enjoy the spacious seating for 6 at the dining table with 2 stools at the large kitchen island.

Both bedrooms offer generously sized private bathrooms. The primary suite has a king bed, fireplace, and large soaking tub. The second bedroom offers a great deck overlooking the ski area and the flexibility of a split king meaning you have the option of two extra-long twin beds or a king bed.

Edgemont's on-site amenities include the fabulous heated outdoor pool and hot tub with great views down the mountain. The outdoor fire pit is a natural gathering place and kids will be delighted with s'mores and hot chocolate bar.

Ski access is so easy with a slopeside ski locker room. Here you can dry off and conveniently store your equipment in your private ski locker and boot warmers. If you need to push yourself a little more, there is a small exercise room with equipment on site.

Access to restaurants, grocery stores, and downtown Steamboat is easy using the on-call shuttle service in the winter, so renting a vehicle is not needed for your ski vacation.
