Welcome to Palomino Chalet, a beautiful new home in the sought-after Wildhorse neighborhood with views of the Steamboat ski area and easy access to skiing. This newly built home is modern and sleek with clean lines, an open floor plan, and plenty of natural light. A gorgeous great room boasts high ceilings and ample windows with mountain views, comfortable seating, a gas fireplace, and large TV - the perfect place to relax after a day of adventure. Open to the kitchen and dining area, this welcoming space is perfect for family gatherings.

A gourmet kitchen will excite the chefs in your group, complete with a six-burner Wolf range and appliances, plenty of counter space, and a gorgeous stone center island with seating for three onlookers. An elegant dining area seats 8 between the kitchen and great room for easy access and a continued view of the ski area. Step outside in summer on the side deck or front patio for al fresco happy hour and conversation, or head down the path to a private hot tub for a soak under the stars.

Remote workers will love a private office on this level, with a full bathroom, and access to a deck for fresh air in warmer months. The office also has a sofa sleeper for more bedding arrangements.

The entire upper level is dedicated to the primary bedroom, a true oasis. With views straight up to the top of the Thunderhead gondola from the king bed, a flat-screen TV, and a toasty fireplace, this room is truly something special. Open the door to a small private deck in summer, a wonderful place to enjoy morning coffee. A spa-like ensuite bathroom features a soaking tub, separate vanities, WC, and a tiled walk-in shower. Enjoy a huge walk-in closet for your clothes with a convenient washer and dryer.

When you are ready for a family game or movie night, head downstairs to a beautiful family room, complete with a large sectional couch, fireplace, flat-screen TV, and shuffleboard. Enjoy the use of a wet bar complete with a mini fridge, sink, and dishwasher and access to an outdoor sitting area with a gas grill, making this space great for entertaining.

Kids will love a fun bunk room with two twin bunks and a bathroom just off the family room. Also on this level are two stylish king bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and one with side door access to the hot tub, for a secret late-night soak.

Other amenities include a laundry and mud room off the garage with boot dryers, plenty of space for gear storage, and heated garage parking for two cars.

Wildhorse guests have access to the Wildhorse gondola, which quickly takes you up to Steamboat Square and the base area.

This home enjoys complimentary use of the shuttle, mid-November through mid-April, using the convenient shuttle app to schedule pickups.
