Enjoy easy access to shopping and dining as well as the gondola and ski access from Elliot House, located near Main Street in Breckenridge. This 4-bedroom home has plenty of rustic charm and ample space for entertaining inside and out, all with incredible views of the ski area.

Cooks will delight in the large gourmet kitchen with professional Viking appliances, a 6-burner gas stovetop, a large workspace, and bar seating for 5. The kitchen opens to the great room with its large stone fireplace, large sectional couch, and views from every window. An elegant dining area nearby seats 6, or access the upper deck seating area, firepit, and outdoor grill. Slip out to the private hot tub and enjoy stargazing and a peaceful Colorado evening after a fun day on the slopes or exploring nearby hiking trails.

The primary suite on the main level features a queen bed, fireplace, mountain views, and an ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub, dual shower heads, and dual sinks. The upper level has two more queen rooms that share a jack-and-jill bathroom with access to an upper-level family room with a TV and queen sleeper sofa.

On the lower level, kids will enjoy the bunk room with a full over full bunk bed and an additional queen bed, with a convenient hall bathroom. Relax in the lower-level family room with its large sectional couch, fireplace, oversized TV, and wet bar.

Other amenities include a laundry room, a 2-bay heated garage, and free shuttle service, just a 5-minute walk away.

This home enjoys complimentary shuttle use, from mid-November through mid-April, using the convenient shuttle app to schedule pickups. The use of the shuttle is on a first-come, first-served basis.

This property has WIFI and comes fully stocked with paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues), bathroom toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap), and detergents (dish, dishwasher, and laundry) as well as clean bed linens and towels. In addition, the kitchens are stocked with aluminum foil, plastic wrap, trash bags, sponges, soap, salt and pepper, coffee, tea, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils, and standard small appliances.

This home does not have air conditioning. Colorado's cool summer nights will keep this home comfortable by opening windows after the sun goes down, and then closing the windows and blinds during the day. Utilizing the overhead fans, if available, keeps airflow moving, and additional floor fans can be found in many bedroom closets. Can't live without it?
