Step inside this stunning, newly built chalet and you’ll find that no detail has been spared to provide you with the finest accommodation paired with sought-after amenities on your next Breckenridge vacation.

The main level of this home greets you with plentiful natural light and an open layout with a living area, open kitchen, and dining area. Relax in the spacious living room with comfortable seating, massive picture windows with views of Breckenridge’s Peak 8, and a cozy gas fireplace.

This kitchen is locked and loaded with professional-grade appliances including a gas oven and stovetop, wine refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave, plus a beautiful butcher's block. Saddle up to the bar with seating for four for a quick breakfast before hitting the slopes.

You can’t hide from Peak 8 in this home – the view follows you as you wander through the beautiful, modern décor and modern lighting hardware throughout the home.

The stunning wooden dining table offers seating for eight with large windows and access to the outdoor deck. This main level deck is the ideal spot to cozy up around the fire pit and enjoy après ski while overlooking Peak 8.

On this main level, you will also find the primary bedroom suite with a modern, panelled accent wall, king bed, large windows, gas fireplace, and an ensuite bathroom with dual vanity and walk-in steam shower.

On the lower level is a family room with a television and a large, comfortable sectional sofa for the family to relax on.

Also on the lower level is a king suite, a queen suite, and a bunkroom, each with its own ensuite bathroom.

Step outside on the ground level of the home and enjoy the perfect entertaining area with a private hot tub, chairs, and firepit. Enjoy convenient access to Nordic ski trails in winter and biking/hiking in summer at the nearby Breckenridge Nordic Center.

Chalet Ataraxia is perfect for the whole family to spread out with its two living rooms, main level deck with firepit, and ground-level patio with hot tub and fire pit.

Other amenities include a washer and dryer, High-Speed WIFI, and a 2-bay heated garage with parking for four vehicles in total along with a 240v EV charger available for your exclusive use in the garage.

4-wheel drive required in the winter months.

Regretfully, weddings and events are not permitted.

This property has WIFI and comes fully stocked with paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues), bathroom toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap), and detergents (dish, dishwasher, and laundry) as well as clean bed linens and towels. In addition, the kitchens are stocked with aluminum foil, plastic wrap, trash bags, sponges, soap, salt and pepper, coffee, tea, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils, and standard small appliances.

This home does not have air conditioning. Colorado's cool summer nights will keep this home comfortable by opening windows after the sun goes down, and then closing the windows and blinds during the day. Utilizing the overhead fans, if available, keeps airflow moving, and additional floor fans can be found in many bedroom closets. Can't live without it? A/C units may be available for rent for an additional fee.
