This spectacular Village Walk home on Beaver Creek Mountain has five bedrooms and is a new level of luxury with a short walk to the Dally catwalk that leads to the base of the mountain. The home boasts high-end finishes and furnishings, vaulted ceilings, gorgeous hardwood floors, and a soaring rock fireplace, as well as a gourmet kitchen with granite countertops and custom cabinetry. Guests can soak in a private hot tub on the spacious patio or enjoy views of Beaver Creek from the upper balcony. The main level of the home was made for entertaining. It has a great room with vaulted ceilings and a gas fireplace. The spacious kitchen is adjacent to the dining area with seating for 10 guests. There is also a hearth room with a second fireplace and TV. There is a powder room, as well. For getting fresh air, there are two balconies - one with a built-in fire pit and the other with a gas grill.

The lower level of the home is a fantastic room for families as it has its own ski entry with boot dryers, a laundry room, a billiards table, and an entertainment area with ample seating. There is access to the two-car attached garage from this area. On this level, you’ll also find three guest bedrooms. The first has a king bed with flat-screen television and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second features two twin beds, a flat-screen TV, and its own ensuite bath with a shower/tub combo. The final bedroom has two sets of twin bunk beds and an ensuite bath with a soaking tub and walk-in shower.

The primary and junior primary suites are on the upper level. Both suites have king beds, flat-screen TVs, and ensuite bathrooms with Jacuzzi tubs and steam showers.

In addition, there is an elevator that allows easy accegss to all 3 levels. On the top level, there is a washer/dryer to easily take care of laundry. There is also a writing desk in the loft that overlooks the great room.

This home has WIFI and come fully stocked with paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues), bathroom toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap), and detergents (dish, dishwasher, and laundry) as well as clean bed linens and towels. In addition, the kitchens are stocked with aluminum foil, plastic wrap, trash bags, sponges, soap, salt and pepper, coffee, tea, Nespresso, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils, and standard small appliances.
