Newly built in 2018, this home certainly makes a statement! The owners have thought of everything, outfitting the entire home with contemporary furnishings and numerous high-end amenities.

Upon entering the front door you’ll begin to notice the details in every direction you look. Walk up a few stairs to reveal the open floor plan with kitchen, dining, and living room all within view. Vaulted ceilings and large windows afford vast views of the surrounding unobstructed forest. Gather the group around the large flat-screen television hung above the gas fireplace for movie night or head downstairs to try your luck at one of the many games in the epic game room.

Warning all chefs – you’ll never want to leave this property. The owner has outfitted the entire kitchen with chef-grade Thermador appliances including a 6-burner stove with built-in griddle. An oversized refrigerator and freezer, slide-out microwave, and pantry full of small appliances to ensure you’re ready to prepare just about anything. The kitchen is anchored by a dining room table fit for a king and his court with sweeping views of the surrounding forest. A large deck complete with a gourmet gas grill can be found just off the living room.

Head downstairs to find a large pool table, a fireplace with a television above, and a couple of classic slot machines. Did we mention the beverage cooler and plenty of counter space for snacks? An adjoining deck plays host to a little seating area and a covered spa. Again, expansive views of the tall pine trees surround you. Head further down the hall to find the large cedar sauna with an adjoining shower stall.

When its time to retire for the evening, you’ll have five bedrooms to choose from including a pretty epic primary suite with king bed, fireplace, and connecting master bath that appears as if it belongs in a spa. Three other bedrooms with nearby baths host king & queen beds, another bedroom with a full over full bunk bed perfect for the little ones in the group.
