• This home has a max overnight occupancy of 12 guests and a max daytime occupancy of 18 guests

• The built-in Miele espresso machine is currently out of order. However, guests can enjoy a regular 12-cup drip coffee maker and an additional countertop espresso machine. We also provide whole coffee beans in both dark and medium roasts for your convenience

• The stone firepit is not available for guest use. However, guests can still enjoy the hot tub, seating area, and movable propane firepit for their convenience

• You must be at least 21 years old to book this property

• Please be considerate of your neighbors and mindful of noise levels. Noise violations may result in fines. Please also note we do not provide speakers or sound systems
