• The photos may not be exactly accurate to the furnishings of this home, but the layout and amenities are similar and comparable.

• Please note that during festivals such as Coachella, while the villas are within walking distance of the polo grounds, road closures and designated access points may increase the walking distance to the festival entrance to around 1.4 miles/2.3 kilometres. While walking is an option for some guests, we highly recommend booking golf cart services for a more convenient and easier way to access the event.

• Pets are welcome with prior notice; a pet fee applies per pet.

• Occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Two (2) twin rollaway beds and additional linens are located in the primary closet.

• Pool heating is available for an additional fee and must be requested at least 48 hours prior to your stay. Spa heating is complimentary for all guests. Please note, pool heating is not offered between May 1 and October 1. If you opt for pool heat please know that pool heat and spa heat can only be run one at a time, not concurrently. During the summer months, desert temperatures are extremely high, which may cause the pool temperature to rise as well. Unfortunately, there is nothing that can be done control this.
